Greening of innovative production process of cutting and perforating of footwear in Inkop

Croatian manufacturer of high quality professional footwear, Inkop International d.o.o. implements the project "Greening of innovative production process of cutting and perforating of footwear in Inkop International“, supported by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 within the program “Business Development and Innovation Croatia”.

The purpose of the project is to achieve the following goals that lead to the improvement of production processes and to the increase of the competitiveness of the company:

• Achieving and maintaining technological competitiveness in the European footwear market
• Gaining competitive advantage by applying technologically innovative equipment in the production process
• Strengthening the company's position on the domestic and international markets, and achieving more successful financial results per product unit
• Achieving energy savings by using an energy-efficient system.

Through the implementation of the presented project activities, the following results are expected:

• Procurement and implementation of technologically advanced cutting system for leather and other materials
• Full competence of the employees needed to work with the new system.
